30-Day Returns You can return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Damaged returns or items without original packaging may incur a restocking fee or might not be eligible for a refund.

Proof of purchase is necessary for all returns. Please provide your order number, full name, and email to facilitate this process.

We do urge you to read the blog on how to introduce your Lulla Doll for the best results. Some parents are very fortunate in that their child takes to Lulla straight away, while others may take a few weeks for her to start helping.  If you are not satisfied after 30 days, you can return Lulla Doll Bundle for a refund. The Lulla Doll must be in the original packaging and in perfect and clean condition. If your Lulla Doll returns to us in an unwashed or damaged condition you may not be eligible for a refund, or a restocking and washing fee may be implemented.  If you received free shipping then the original cost to us to send your order will be taken off your refund.  This is normally between $10-$20 for Domestic shipping.

Please note there is no money back guarantee on the other Lulla Doll products.  

Faulty or Damaged Products Contact us promptly at info@sleepytot.co.nz if your product is faulty or damaged. We are committed to replacing any product received in damaged condition or found faulty upon delivery.

Please report such items within 14 days of receipt to ensure a quick resolution.

How to Process a Return

  • Contact Us: Email info@sleepytot.co.nz with your order number and the reason for return, including pictures if the item is damaged or faulty.
  • Packing Your Return: Ensure the item(s) are securely packed, including all original packaging and materials.
  • Sending Your Package: After your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and if you received free shipping then the original cost to us to send your order will be taken off your refund. 

Refunds After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note if you have received free shipping then the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation of Order:  Should you cancel your order prior to it being sent, we reserve the right to deduct an admin fee of up to $10 to cover packaging costs, and credit card fees which are non refundable. 

Exchanges For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
